Sometimes we can't help but feeling stuck. We also blame ourselves from feeling this way. Wow! We can be so incredibly hard on ourselves sometimes.
What if we could just stop for just a minute, take a deep breath and say to ourselves:
- It's OK. It's is absolutely ok to feel the way you do. Just be with it. Accept it, Allow it. And then see what happens. A really good clip about the power of surrendering, which inspired me is Oprahs Master Class -Surrender.
